Refinery Closures and a Just Transition: Community and Labor solutions from the Contra Costa Refinery Transition Partnership (CCRTP)

Refinery Closures and a Just Transition: Community and Labor solutions from the Contra Costa Refinery Transition Partnership (CCRTP)

The California political landscape is reeling with the announcements that 2 of California’s 16 refineries are closing.  This has sparked fears of higher gas prices. We know the answer to refinery closures is a managed and just transition to clean, renewable transport fuels.

We hope you’ll join us to learn from California leaders about the story of the Contra Costa Refinery Transition Partnership (CCRTP) and as they share its recommendations— which have critical lessons for us to learn from and apply to energy transition challenges right now.

Please join us!
